 Hello!  My name is Dustin, and I live in Venice, CA...a pretty awesome place.  I have a beautiful fiance, two tiny dogs, and an awesome group of friends.

 I love to eat, cook, watch movies, and play sports/Crossfit.  I strive to learn as much as I possibly can about my body and how to make it work it's best.  Health and performance are things that I am passionate about, so I hope that I can be a good resource for like-minded folks.
